When yous talk about repeated actions, you tin can use -ing or to … later on these verbs. And then you tin can say:

    Do you lot like getting upwardly early?    or   Practice you like to get upwards early?

   or I love to meet people.
    I don't like being kept waiting.
or     … similar to be kept waiting.

(1) We use -ing (not to …) when nosotros talk about a state of affairs that already exists (or existed).
For example:
    Paul lives in Berlin now. He likes living there. (He likes living in Berlin = He lives there and he likes it)

(ii) There is sometimes a divergence between I like to do and I like doing:

Note that savour and mind are always followed by -ing (not to …):

    I don't heed cleaning the kitchen. (not I don't mind to clean)

Compare I like and I would like
(I'd like):
    I like playing lawn tennis. / I like to play tennis. (= I like information technology in general)
    I'd like to play lawn tennis today.
(= I want to play today)

Would mind
is always followed past -ing (not to …):

Would you mind endmost the door, delight?
